Baxten Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, is a specialty pharmaceutical company that manufactures and distributes a diverse portfolio of healthcare products. These include intravenous infusions, ophthalmic solutions, sterilized water for injections, nebules, tablets, capsules, ointments, and creams.

Founded in 2001, our mission is to provide high-quality large and small volume parenterals at the most economical prices. We recognized the need for a leading pharmaceutical organization dedicated to producing assured quality products in this field.

Baxten boasts the largest production capacity for intravenous infusions in India. With the acquisition of Baxter International's FFS Division, our presence in both domestic and global markets has strengthened significantly.

To serve our domestic and international clients, we have strategically located manufacturing plants in Roorkee (North), Waluj (West), and Alathur (South).

Each year, our team connects with approximately 12,000 hospitals and nursing homes. We are expanding our capacities at all three locations to enhance our footprint in the Indian market and increase exports.

Our company has achieved significant quality certifications, including WHO-GMP, ISO 9001:2015, and PIC/S, marking our adherence to international standards. We have obtained certifications for various countries such as Ukraine, Kenya, the Philippines, Ivory Coast, Nepal, Nigeria, Uganda, and Kazakhstan, with more in progress.
